Started:  Struggling to establish a Faith and Family night event.  They were considering cancelling it unless we could find a solution to make it impactful and successful.

Strategy: Identify more well known talent to perform at the game.  Partner with a local business as a primary sponsor, integrate multiple large media outlets and create unique on site events, additional key sponsorships and provide more reasons to attend.  Provide the sales team more value in their group sales.

Results:  The 2nd largest attended game of the season.  Has doubled in size and continues to be a strong ticketed and attended event 8 years in a row.
