I get questioned often, “Liliana, how can you call yourself a full-service agency when you have such a small staff and some partners? Isn’t that untraditional?” That would be correct. Our business model is untraditional, but so are our results. Our model works. Really well. Just ask my clients, they will happily tell you.
So how does it work? It’s simple, I don’t have job security. If we do not achieve the results you are looking for, you will fire me. Pretty basic. What I found over 20 years of working in marketing and media is that people get lazy. Even businesses. I have also learned (the hard way) that marketing is a cultural fit as well. When I assign the right designers, programmers, and media staff to the project the energy is good, the creativity is high, and the results are amazing. I have done a lot of work in the medical space. If someone doesn’t understand or agree with cosmetic surgery, then how can they bring their best creative game to the process? For my clients in the entertainment industry, if I have a designer who is star-struck they will never produce for me the right marketing and graphics that I am requesting. They simply can’t do it. So, I have a bench. A bench of some of the most ridiculously talented people you will ever meet. As the coach I call them out when it is their time to play. To be part of the team.
The other benefit to you? My team doesn’t have job security either. They are always doing their best to provide an amazing result and on time, so that I will continue to use them. They can go out and hustle for themselves or do a good job and know that I will have a constant stream of business for them.
